SR24 is considered an absolutely indispensable accessory for every model maker (e. g., model train sets). Model making oil, as it says on the packaging, may be a bit misleading, however. Actually, the oil is a steaming and cleaning oil, consisting of a mixture of various light viscous, mineral oils (no synthetic oils). Essentially, this is not a lubricating oil at all, but rather a cleaning agent that is indispensable for many applications.
